Positioned at the intersection of Investment, Property Management, Agency and Lease Advisory, we work with Landlords to create value-add strategies whilst building relationships with tenants, negotiating deals proactively in advance of lease expiry. Our maxim is 'keeping properties let on the best terms at all times'.

With 20 years of UK and US experience, we specialise in enhancing value principly via lease events; renewals, rent reviews, regears / lease restructuring, but also by refurbishment and redevelopment, believing that an active approach brings greater returns.

Working across all sectors including office, retail, industrial, mixed use and leisure, from single-units to multimillion-pound portfolios, we provide a personalised service no matter the complexity or scale.

Our mission

Property Asset Management sits between several functions, whether Property Management, Lease Advisory and Agency for example. Typically, the former deals with day-to-day matters while the latter are more transactional, deal-based.

Our mission is to redefine the perception of what Property Asset Management is, so that Landlords and Tenants have a partner for the duration of a tenancy, not only at the commencement or expiry of a lease. We act as the 'glue' between parties ensuring the leasing process is seamless, available to tenants should they have any concerns whether leasing or otherwise. In doing so, our clients investments will always work harder, with all parties working in concert.
